Pesado (a.k.a. Grupo Pesado) is a norteño group. They won the 2009 Latin Grammy.
Beto Zapata and Pepe Elizondo formed the group in 1993.
They got a GRAMMY nomination for Best Norteño Album for Piensame un Momento in 2006. Their 1st album was Ayudame a Olvidar. The 1994 Llego el Amor brought home the gold. They have already released 21 albums. Hopefully they will play their 1995 hit "Eso Me Gusta." The 2009 Solo Contigo is their latest.
